Join Attorney Shawn Flaherty of Ottosen, Dinolfo Hasenbalg & Castaldo, Ltd. & Chief James Grady III (ret), IL Fire Chiefs Assn. for an enlightening program addressing the conflict between the fire protection board of trustees and fire chiefs. We learn to assess how these conflicts can be resolved between the chief and the board of trustees to manage the fire protection district and its fire department more productively.
